Clearinghouse Registration

If you or your drivers are enrolled into a Drug and Alcohol Consortium required under 49 CFR 382, as of January 6th, 2020 you are also required to be registered in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

The Clearinghouse is a database to record and review testing results, and substance abuse program (SAP) results. We will contact you and schedule a time for the Drug and Alcohol department to reach out to you and complete the registration with you over the phone. Once complete, we will send you an email with the login information for your account. Please keep in mind, the employer will be responsible for managing any and all queries through the clearinghouse.

Upon checkout you will be contacted by your newly assigned compliance agent who will confirm the accuracy of your order, schedule a time to create the account, and review any other regulations required to operate legally.
